Susan Rodriguez grew up in Winfield and attended Ebenezer with her parents.  She was nursery coordinator when her daughter, Meredith, was born.  Now Meredith is 15 and she is working in the nursery with her mother.  They live in Winfield with Susan’s husband, Ed and son, David.  Susan is a teacher in Howard County and Meredith attends South Carroll High School.

Susan has volunteered as the Holly Mart chair and money counter. She also enjoys working in the food pantry.  She joined the staff as the nursery coordinator in 2023.  She brings 27 years of experience in education to Ebenezer.
